On the evening of September 10, the 4th International Festival of Military Orchestras «Spasskaya Tower on Sakhalin» was solemnly closed in the Lenin Square in the regional capital.

On Sunday, September 10, participants of the «Spasskaya Tower on Sakhalin» festival pleased the citizens with their music and exhibition performances simultaneously at several sites of the island capital.

Today, on September 9, the Presidential Orchestra, Special Guard Company of the Kremlin Regiment, military orchestra of the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk garrison and joint military band of the Ulan-Bator garrison performed in the Lenin Square.
