The Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival and the Kremlin Equestrian School have been friends for a long time. This year, the riders of the team presented a dynamic modern-style trick riding performance that was unveiled in the Center of National Equestrian Traditions at VDNH.
According to the Kremlin Equestrian School team members, their leading motto reads "the equestrian culture and traditions for the good of the people". The Kremlin Equestrian School is particularly proud of its trick-riding team members, who also have great Cossack arm posession skills.
Andrey Nenashev, captain of the Kremlin Equestrian School riding team, said that this year the guests of the Spasskaya Tower Festival would see a special program. "We will present a dynamic program that everyone will enjoy for sure. It’s a modern-style program showing that we are like all the people on the stands, and that everyone can learn and master trick riding", said the team captain.
The Kremlin Equestrian School riders took the audience's breath away, staging mind-blowing riding tricks to dynamic popular music hits while changing their historical military uniforms to comfortable jeans and T-shirts.
The artists in the horse riding arena never fail to translate their powerful energy to the guests on the stands, who support the riders with standing ovations and excited exclamations.
As Andrey Nenashev noted, all the team’s riders are very proud of their school, the Spasskaya Tower Festival, and their riding performance. "The Spasskaya Tower Festival was first held in 2007, and throughout its history it has united a lot of countries, while the horse riding program has become its indispensable part. When you associate yourself with such a great cause, you feel unforgettable emotions, incredibly proud of your country and of all the Festival’s participants", he said.
The Festival is carried out following the Order of the Russian President Vladimir Putin, under the aegis of the Public Council headed by Mr. Alexander Zhukov, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, with the support of the Russian Ministry of Defense and the Moscow Department of Culture.
