Participants of the Spasskaya Tower Junior Wind Bands Festival Received New Instruments and an Ice-Cream Cake

The Sixth Spasskaya Tower Children and Youth Wind Bands Festival came to its end. 

For four days in a row 26 junior ensembles from the South, North-Western, North and Privolzhskiy Federal Districts of Russia as well as boys and girls from Uzbekistan, Donetsk and Israel performed for the guest of the Children Playground of the Spasskaya Tower Festival.

Performing on the main square of the country is certainly one of the most remarkable events in the lives of these talented children. Along with this valuable and priceless gift organizers and partners of the Spasskaya Tower Festival also prepared several other awards. Thus, Baskin Robbins handed over to the organizers a certificate for receiving a special ice-cream cake without the exact addressee, while Yamaha, another partner of the Festival, presented all the regional participants of the junior festival with their venovas. Venova is a new wind instrument, invention of the company. It resembles a flute and is made of plastic using innovation technologies. 

According to the State Historic Museum, the best band of the festival was the Brass Banda Exemplary Artistic Ensemble from Norilsk. Maria Lemigova, Head of the Public Relations Department of the museum, awarded all the young musicians and their leader with valuable gifts.
