Though the Spasskaya Tower for Kids Children and Youth Brass Bands Festival finished yesterday, the music program onsite the Children Playground on Red Square continues.
Today featured performances of bands and dance groups of two cadet schools from Moscow and Vologda as well as of the honor guard of the Ekaterinburg Kremlin Cadets Military and Patriotic Club accompanied by the Ekaterinburg Children Jazz Wind Band. The public also had an opportunity to watch show programs of the MarshanietkiGirls Drummers Band (school N. 1534, Moscow) and the Optimists Band as well as of some of the Spasskaya Tower Festival’s participants being the bands of Monaco, Sri Lanka and Italy.
According to Ksenia Artamonova, director of the Spasskaya Tower for Kids project, in the remaining days of the Festival the Children Playground will host a plethora of different activities, for example children bands’ performances, dance and music master classes, performances of the main Festival’s participants and Children and Youth Honor Guard Contest.
