The Qatar Military Parades Platoon

The Qatar Military Parades Platoon was formed in 2016 out of the best members of the Armed Forces who has excelled in their infantry training basic course. The course program includes all infantry movements with and without weapons for a period of four months.
In 2017 the group began its training on silent parade movements under the supervision of the local trainers that developed the work of this group for the better. A year later, in 2018, the group continued its training under command of the instructors from Belarus. After three years of hard training and dedicate work members of the unit managed to master their skills to the level allowing them to perform silent military parades in front of big audiences and on all military and civil occasions.
The Military Parades Platoon is the permanent participant of the annual Qatar National Day parade. It always takes part in all military music events held across the country (with participation of Italy, Jordan and Turkey) and festivals organised by the Katara Cultural Center in Doha, as well as accompanies military colleges graduation ceremonies.
