The ensemble’s creativity path is closely related to the activities and philosophy of the proper Emergencies Ministry and aimed at developing among its staff and officers the sense of duty and loyalty as well as shaping careful and respectful attitude towards Russian arts, history, traditions and culture.

In 2024, the Combined Band of the Russian Emergencies Ministry made its solo debut at the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival. Musicians’ impressive performance was adorned by synchronized movements and disciplined precision of the Honor Guard Unit of the State Fire Training Service Academy of REM. On the historic cobblestones of Red Square they presented a show full of patriotism, admiration and respect for their Motherland.
