The Directorate of the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival Has Opened Applications for Interregional Youth Honour Guards Contest.
The Youth Honour Guards Contest is held annually by the Festival’s Directorate as part of the Spasskaya Tower for Children Project. It is open for honour guards representing education institutions, military patriotic clubs and public institutions.
The contest is run in two stages: the preliminary one is held by Internet May 1st to June 1st. The applicants are required to mail the application form and the video of the contest programme to: sbdeti@spasstower.ru within April the 15th, 2018. The selection for the finals will be carried out by the jury, which will include officers of the Presidential Regiment of the Moscow Kremlin Commandant’s Service of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.
The winners of the first stage will take part in the finals, which will run at the children’s area of the Spasskaya Tower Festival on Red Square September 2nd, as part of the Eleventh Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival.
