On Saturday, June 17, cadets of the Moscow Military Music School named after Lieutenant General
Their concert again turned into a real show, bright and dynamic, full of creative energy and good mood. The guys impressed the audience with their virtuosity and perfect coordination of their performance. Fans of their talent were once again convinced that the cadets could perform all genres: from classics and jazz to modern popular tunes. The repertoire of the orchestra really surprised by the variety: from Tchaikovsky to AC/DC, from «Farewell of Slavianka» to Richard Rogers.
The performance gathered full house. Applause sometimes blocked the sounds of music. Even after the end of the performance, the audience did not want to let the band go, and the cadets happily performed some more compositions as an encore.
Mikhail Melnik, conductor of the orchestra, author of productions and concert numbers for the Spasskaya Tower Festival, noted after the children’s performance that today they performed small fragments of their program, which are developed specially for the 10th anniversary of the festival.
