On May 11, Moscow’s Zaryadye will host a qualification round for the Spasskaya Tower Children and Youth Brass Bands Festival. It will be held in the form of a contest designed for young musicians from the Central Federal District.
About 1000 musicians, drummers and majorettes for the second year in a row will show all their skills and talent onstage of the Zaryadye Park Large Amphitheater.
They will compete for the right to perform in the finals of the Seventh Spasskaya Tower Children and Youth Brass Band Festival, held from 23 to 25 of August 2019 onstage of the Children Playground of the Twelfth Spasskaya Tower Military Tattoo on Red Square.
This year, supported by the Department of Culture of the Government of Moscow, the contest will be judged by a panel of professional jury featuring prominent representatives of wind and orchestra art.
