Izmailovo Equestrian Sports Centre Will Host the Third Moscow Open Equestrian Arts and Sports Festival

This year Moscow Open Children and Youth Equestrian Arts and Sports Festival will go east. From May 31 to June 2, Izmailovo Equestrian Sports Center will open its doors to host the third round of the competition.

Organized by the Kremlin Equestrian School and Izmailovo Equestrian Sports Center, the festival enjoys direct support of the Sports Department of Moscow and the Directorate of the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival.

Aim of the event is promoting children equestrian sports as well as a healthy lifestyle.

This time the festival’s program will feature classic equestrian disciplines, including show-jumping and dressage competitions, as well as an acrobatic trick riding or jigitovka contest.

As a matter of good tradition, Moscow Open Equestrian Arts and Sports Festival is a competition allowing young riders to show all their skills and judges to find out true talents. In the end of summer winners of the festival will have a chance to compete for the prize of the Spasskaya Tower International Military Tattoo, taking place on Red Square from August 23 to September 1.

June 2, guests of the equestrian arts and sports festival will have a chance to listen to the Rhythmy Stiсks Jazz Band and Drummers Ensemble of Moscow Cadet Music Corps of the State Budget Educational Institution School № 1770 that will present the future program of the Spasskaya Tower Children and Youth Wind Bands Festival.
