As for the Cadet Band of the Prince Alexander Nevsky Military University, the ensemble is regarded as a huge asset to the educational activities carried out within the university that are directed at safeguarding and expanding military music traditions. These young but very talented musicians are actively engaged in various cultural events, and regularly take part in military parades on Red Square as well as in the activities carried out by the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival.
