Following the decision of the Executive Office of the President of Russia, the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival dates have been shifted to 2024.
Supported by various friends and partners, the organizers of the Spasskaya Tower Festival have gone out of their way to present the Muscovites and guests of the capital the most astonishing and breathtaking event celebrating in a unique artistic way the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, our country’s national culture as well as its good name and image. The organizers have
- developed a detailed entertainment program, with main night shows on Red Square celebrating anniversaries of Russia State Insignia;
- formed a unique lineup, featuring participants from at home and abroad. With all arrangements in hand and contracts signed, ensembles from eight foreign states, including Belarus, Egypt, Kazakhstan, China, Mexico, Thailand, Turkey and South Africa, were to travel to Moscow and stage their performances on Red Square alongside some of the best Russian military bands representing MoD and other law enforcement agencies;
- launched an upscale charity campaign, including the
county-wide online competition held among children and youth wind bands, with the winners bound to perform at the Spasskaya Tower Children and Youth Band Festival; the Festival participants’ marching parade in Moscow Gorky Park and a series of performances in the city parks, gardens and railway stations; a special Festival daytime show for families of those taking part in the Special Military Operation (to be held on the esplanade of the Main Cathedral of the Russian Armed Forces); and several thousands of tickets to be distributed among the vulnerable categories of people for free; - carefully developed and carried out an extensive public and advertising campaigns as well as provided detailed information coverage.
Increased official website and social media traffic shows that the Spasskaya Tower Festival is one of the most sought after cultural projects both at home and abroad. It’s worth noting that over 50 Russian and 15 foreign media outlets have already forwarded their accreditation requests to the Festival Directorate.
We are pretty confident that we won’t give up and will carry forward the Spasskaya Tower Festival project, implementing all our plans and ideas in 2024.
