The Spasskaya Tower Festival to Be Held as a COVID Free Event

The Fourteenth Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival will unfold on Moscow’s Red Square from August 27 to September 5 as a COVID free event.

Following Decree N 68-УМ issued by the Mayor of Moscow on June 8, 2020 (and updated on June 22, 2021) about the stages of lifting up restrictions imposed due to the introduction of the high-alert regime, the Spasskaya Tower Festival could be attended only by people who have a special QR code received in accordance with the above mentioned decree. Besides, to get to the Festival’s territory all the visitors will have to undergo the non-contact thermometry procedure.

Residents and guests of the capital under 18 years old may visit the Festival’s events without QR codes only if accompanied by the parents or other legal representatives who have undergone the QR code checking and non-contact thermometry procedures.

While being on Red Square everyone including organizers, audiences, media representatives and others must observe all the requirements and recommendations currently issued by Rospotrebnadzor to prevent the spread of the novel COVID-19 infection.

People who have already acquired tickets for the Spasskaya Tower Festival but won’t be able to present the QR code due to various reasons can return the tickets in accordance with the contract offer used when these tickets were acquired. Those who have acquired tickets at the spasstower.ru and concert.ru websites using a credit card can return their funds by filling in the form on the concert.ru website.
