August 23, Russian and foreign participants as well as the organizers of the Twelfth Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival will take part in the solemn wreath laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Moscow’s Alexander Garden.
The organizers will be represented by Lieutenant General Sergey Khlebnikov, Head of the Moscow Kremlin Commandant’s Service - Moscow Kremlin Commandant, Mr. Sergey Smirnov, Head of the Spasskaya Tower Festival Directorate, and Major General Timofey Mayakin, Head of the Military Band Music Service of the Russian Armed Forces - Chief Military Conductor.
The ceremony will also feature the Exemplary Military Band of the Honor Guard under the lead of Major Pavel Gernets, providing music accompaniment.
