Due to the cancellation of the 2020 Spasskaya Tower Festival the refund of the tickets may be carried in the following ways (depending on the form the tickets were acquired).
- If you acquired the ticket through the Festival official website — spasstower.ru, or on the concert.ru website using your bank card.
In this case no additional actions on your side are needed, all the money will be returned automatically to your bank card used while acquiring the ticket. The refund will be carried out within 10 days period beginning with 24 August, 2020.
- If your acquired the ticket in the official box office of the Festival (on Red Square) or in the box offices of Concert.ru, the Festival accredited ticket representative.
In this case to get the refund for the ticket you need to attend the box office at Tsvetnoy Bulvar metro station and show your ticket for the Festival (that is a document ensuring strict accountability), documents proving your ID, and a filled application form for refund.
Download the application form for refund.If the payment for the ticket was in cash, the money will be returned in the box office on the same day you applied. If the payment was made using a bank card, the money will be returned to the bank card used while acquiring the ticket. The refund to the bank card will be carried out within 10 days period beginning with the date you applied.
The box office is situated on Tsvetnoy Bulvar metro station (Moscow, Tsvetnoy Bulvar 30/1). Working hours: Mon.-Fri.: 11am — 8pm, Sat.-Sun. is the day off.
- If the tickets were acquired through the money transaction from the legal entity account to the account of the accredited representative (its partners).
In this case to get the refund please forward to info@concert.ru an application form for refund with valid organization bank information in accordance with the rules agreed by the accredited representative (its partners).

— with tickets for August 30, please visit the box office on August 31 — September 4 or after September 21;
— with tickets for August 31, please visit the box office on August 31 — September 4 or after September 21;
— with tickets for September 1, please visit the box office on August 31 — September 4 or after September 21;
— with tickets for September 2, please visit the box office on August 31 — September 4 or after September 21;
— with tickets for September 3, please visit the box office on September 7–11 or after September 21;
— with tickets for September 4, please visit the box office on September 7–11 or after September 21;
— with tickets for September 5, please visit the box office on September 14–18 or after September 21;
— with tickets for September 6, please visit the box office on September 14–18 or after September 21;
If you acquired tickets in other places, on other websites, from other legal entities or individuals that are not the accredited representative (its partners) and want to get the refund, please turn to the place/representative where/from you acquired your tickets.
We’d like to draw your attention that the Festival organizer, the accredited representative (its partners) are not liable for the actions or lack of actions of third parties selling the tickets for the Featival withou being the accredited representatives of the organizers (partners of the representative).
