The Honor Guard Unit of the Central Military Commandant’s Office supporting activities of the National Guard Forces of Russia

By the end of 2023, the Central Military Commandant’s Office announced the formation of a special honor guard unit that would be trained and equipped with a particular purpose of covering both military and state events with the highest-level participation from the Russian National Guard Forces.
Since then, the personnel of the Honor Guard Unit has been responsible for performing various ceremonial duties, including meeting and seeing off delegations of foreign states, laying wreaths at the memorials of soldiers who fell in the battles for the freedom and independence of our homeland, and participating in many other solemn and socially significant events.
Throughout its history, Members of the unit have covered over 300 special events in various Russian cities.
Members' unit professionalism has been highly appreciated by both the Commandant's Office and National Guard Forces leadership, as well as city and region-level governments.
