The Laško Show Band
Show Band Laško is an artistic association uniting f symphonic wind orchestra, majorette group and percussion group, all in all numbering more than 150 members.
The Symphonic Wind Orchestra

Founded in 1862 the band is regarded as one of the oldest ensembles in Slovenia with its 60 members’ age ranging from 11 to more than 80 years old. Its repertoire is huge, varying from classical compositions and Slovenian native songs and melodies to entertaining pieces, film scores and marches. The symphonic wind orchestra is ranked among the best both nationally and internationally and regularly takes part in important cultural, sports and tourists events not only in their native city but all round Slovenia as well.
The ensemble holds the national champion title and is among one of the few in Slovenia that perform marching show programs. Over recent years, it has toured all across Europe, having performing in more than 15 countries.
The Majorette Group
Sabina Seme, leader and instructor.
Formed in 1989 the group includes girls from 7 up to 25 years of age. A graceful mixture of dance, sport and fashion makes majorettes exquisite, outstanding and elegant. They are ten times National Champions and rank among three best teams in Europe.
The Percussion Band

Since its foundation in 1997 the band consisting of fifteen drummers has become an indispensable part of major outdoor performances, parades, festivals and marching show programs.
