Veniamin Novotochinov, Director of the Moscow Cossack Choir.
Formed in 2013 the Moscow Cossack Choir is a prize-winner of various festivals and
contests both in Russia and abroad. Their show performance is always like a stream of vibrant
igniting energy full of traditional Cossack songs and dances as well as elements of combat,
stunts with swords and saber trick riding. The ensemble’s concert program offers a unique opportunity
to get acquainted with the world of Cossacks traditions expressed in their songs, culture and way
of living, thus allowing the audience to profoundly explore the multifaceted and vast history
of Russia.
The Moscow Cossacks Choir has successfully performed in France, Monaco, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Italy,
Greece, Ireland, Paraguay, Brazil, Vietnam, China, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kuwait, Latvia and India.
