The Benchamatheputhit Phetchaburi Band was formed in 1972 at the times of the Director Mr. Chomyong Supatnabut. In 2014, the band took part in various school performances and local official events, including the show for welcoming the Thailand Royal family, as well as the province’s annual event called Pranakhon Kiri, performing in front of the chairman. Since 2018 the ensemble has started its successful competition path, participating in various music contests and championships, featuring the Thailand World Music Championship, the Music and Marching Arts International Contest, the Thailand International Marching Competition and many others.
