Dear friends,
I would like to heartily welcome you to the Seventeenth Spasskaya Tower International Military Tattoo.
As per a long-standing tradition, Moscow's conclusion of the summer season will be incomplete without this big celebration of music and art, which has genuinely resonated with residents and guests of the city. With its impressive array of military bands, elaborate choreography and cutting-edge technologies the Spasskaya Tower Festival is a sight to be witnessed. It’s a noteworthy masterpiece that unites people all over the world in a shared passion for music.
This year’s production pays tribute to the 80th anniversary of the end of the Great Patriotic War. The awe-inspiring feast of all those who forged the Great Victory will be depicted through the sounds of timeless and best-loved songs from those difficult wartime years, which will engulf Moscow’s parks and gardens and fly over the ancient cobblestones of Red Square.
Adhering to its principles, the Spasskaya Tower Festival continues to engage in extensive charitable activities, with a particular emphasis on the families of the participants of the Special Military Operation.
I hope this message finds you in a good mood, and I wish you vibrant emotions, and new artistic endeavors.
Sergey Sobyanin,
Mayor of Moscow
