The Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival will return to Mosocow’s Red Square from August 23 to September 1, 2024.
This year the Festival guests and admirers will be treated to ten incredible evening performances, showcasing some of the best Russian and foreign military music bands, honor guard units and artistic teams as well as breathtaking lighting, special effects, and magnificent fireworks.
Bands from home and abroad representing security and defense agencies as well as artistic companies will become part of the sixteenth Festival run.
The Spasskaya Tower Festival is carried out following the Order of President of Russia Vladimir Putin under the patronage of the Public Council led by Mr Alexander Zhukov, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and with the continued support of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Government of Moscow.
The Spasskaya Tower Festival became a winner of the 2023 special grant competition by the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives.
Participants from all corners of the globe are heartily welcomed in Moscow, with over 160 music and artistic ensembles from 57 countries having already taken part in the Festival. Meanwhile, over 860k people attended the events, and more than 50 million people have watched the tattoo’s live streams worldwide.
Scale, audience and impact wise, the Spasskaya Tower Festival has no par, every year being recognized as the most prominent international cultural event in Russia, as well as being ranked among the world’s best top three military tattoos.
