Children’s Wind Bands Festival and Contest

The Children’s Wind Bands Contest and Festival Will Run at Zaryadye Park As Part of the Spasskaya Tower for Children Project.

May the 12^th will make a big day for all Zaryadye park guests: both Muscovites and the capital’s visitors will enjoy beautiful music performed by young and talented musicians throughout the day.

The programme of the Festival’s first round will be highlighted by the performance of the Massed Children’s Wind Band conducted by Evgeny Nikitin, Honored Artist of Russia and the conductor of the Presidential Orchestra.

Young musicians’ music making will be judged by a professional jury.

Subsequently, participants selected through the first round will have the opportunity to perform at the Children’s Area of the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival in the Contest’s finals, held 24 to 26 August 2018 on Red Square.
