Central Military Band will take part in the closing of the “Where Art Is Born - 2017” program

The solemn closing of the federal program «Where Art Is Born — 2017» will take place in the Concert hall «Barvikha Luxury Village» tomorrow, October 25, at 19:00.

The federal program «Where Art Is Born» was founded 10 years ago by Yuri Rozuma’s International Charity Fund sponsored by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

The program is aimed at supporting musical establishments of children’s supplementary education. The federal program «Where Art Is Born» has been taken place in the festival format since 2014.

The geography of the festival expanded significantly in 2017. The creative team started in St. Petersburg, the Russian capital of culture. The festival’s participants were: Vorkuta, Muravlenko, Noyabrsk, Odintsovo, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Podolsk, Sevastopol, Simferopol, Syktyvkar, Feodosiya, Khanty-Mansyisk, Yalta.

The visit program for each city included: master classes, creative meetings, round tables, art shows and photo exhibitions, gala concerts. The total number of participants and guests of the festival was more than 3000 people.

The concert is dedicated to the closing of the «Where Art Is Born — 2017» festival and will take place in Barvikha village, Odintsovskiy district of the Moscow region. Yuri Rozum, People’s Artist of Russia, symphonic cast of the Central Military Band of the Russian Defense Ministry and Anna Aglatova, Lead Singer of the Bolshoi Theater, will take part in the meet-the-artist event.
